Arch Media Production Limited (“Arch”, “we”, “us”) provides production and post-production services for commercial clients.
2. Using this website
The content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee completeness or suitability.
3. Proposals & engagement
- Project scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.
- Unless stated otherwise, estimates exclude third-party costs (e.g., talent, music licences, locations, specialised equipment).
- A booking or production date is confirmed upon written acceptance and, where applicable, a deposit.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep the schedule on track.
- Warrant that provided materials (logos, footage, scripts) do not infringe third-party rights.
- Obtain necessary internal approvals for usage.
5. Changes & cancellations
- Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the proposal. Out-of-scope changes may incur additional fees.
- Confirmed shoot cancellations may be subject to costs already committed or incurred.
6. Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, we grant the usage rights outlined in the proposal for the final deliverables.
- Project files and working materials (e.g., project timelines, raws) remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
7. Credits & promotion
We may reference completed work in our portfolio and channels, unless the client requests reasonable confidentiality in writing.
8. Payment
- Invoices are due per the proposal’s terms. Late payments may accrue interest or administrative fees permitted by law.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud or negligence resulting in personal injury.
10. Data protection
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
